Near-Death

I went to some sort of play, and as I walked in, I saw a few of my guy friends, but instead of sitting with them, I sat in the back so I could take pictures.
Later on, I was with my 180 students, and small groups were taking turns doing something- putting on some kind of act or something. Afterward, we all took a bus somewhere. For no good reason, we were all wearing gas masks on the bus. Suddenly, the good reason came... a hijacker on the back of the bus opened a smoke bomb (I think I called it a "gas bomb"). It wasn't just something that would be a nuisance, it would actually kill all of us. Everyone started to panic, and the photographer that was on the bus with us started to cry. She had no gas mask, and she thought the whole bus was doomed; I pretty much thought the same thing, and started to cry as well. But that didn't mean I wasn't going to fight for my life. I started to feel light-headed, and tried to hold my breath as much as possible. Then I thought, "why don't we just pull over and get off the bus?!" So I quickly ran up to the front, where my old school bus driver, Mr. Griffin was driving. I told him someone had just set off a gas bomb (he said he knew) and why don't we stop so we can get fresh air. He told me he didn't care; it was a good way to get rid of some of us, so he didn't have as many to haul at next pick-up! I was appalled!! I said, "you WERE my favorite.... WERE." The bus stopped, and just before I got off, I decided to run back and grab my bag and the big present I had with me. I don't think everyone else died, but only my friend from high school, Wayne, and I got off the bus. We looked around at the mess we had to clean up that our 180 kids left. I said gratefully, "I lost a few brain cells, and probably some of my health, but I'm alive!"
